That's unfortunate...but the US is making grerat strides! I have confidence that what didn't go so well this time will change in the future...we are the ones who will fix it and I know it's possible.
 

I think it is interesting, however, that Dems were elected NOT because people agreed with the dems' agendas, but because people disagreed with the current administration's way of handling the war in Iraq. I wouldn't consider it a win for the Democrats, just a loss for the Republicans.

And the Democrats have to be careful now...they could go power-tripping just as some Republicans have done recently, and lose control of the House in 2 years...

Think about it.
